Sunday after church my parents, sister, and I traveled down to New Hope, PA where my mom grew up. My aunt had organized a nice picnic for family and friends. I enjoyed the food, catching up with relatives I hadn't seen for awhile, and seeing some fireworks!
We spent Monday relaxing at the Jersey Shore. I've always loved going to the beach, and even though the day started out cool and overcast, we had a nice time.
On our way home today we stopped to visit my mom's Aunt Martha. It had been way too long since I'd seen her! We had a good time talking and having lunch with her. We got home later this afternoon.
